Over the course of just one week, most of us have experienced an unprecedented change in our day-to-day lives. Beginning on 3/12, FWI—like many organizations across America—shifted to a mandatory work from home policy. This decision, while not made lightly, was an easy one; ensuring the health and safety of our employees, their families, and their respective communities in which they live. Further, we have also taken the step to reduce business travel to only what is absolutely mandatory to maintain business continuity for our customers. The well-being of both our customers and our employees is our primary concern in these challenging times.
From a business perspective, we are fully dedicated to providing exemplary service and support to all of our customers. All parts of our business not only remain operational, but our people remain eager to assist in any support, customer service, or interest in our solution your business may have. It is our commitment to current and future customers that you will receive the same response times and level of service level that you would in normal global conditions.
Given the fluidity of this situation, with new information from local governments as well as organizations such as the CDC being provided regularly, our belief in the power and need of timely communications is further affirmed. Prior to our transition to a fully remote working model, we not only deployed coronavirus prevention tips to our office screens to inform our employees of CDC guidelines, we made that content publicly available to all at no cost. Under all circumstances, clear, timely, and relevant communication is important—but in the face of unprecedented change, such as that posed to the global community by the Coronavirus pandemic, it’s vital. We’ve seen first-hand over our 15+ year history how the ability to adapt communications to address any situation can impact companies, as well as those who the companies are responsible for providing communications to.
As a community, our dedication to take the appropriate actions to slow the spread of COVID-19 will ultimately be successful. At FWI, we are doing our part to help flatten the curve and hinder the spread. We look forward to the time where life will return to our normal routines. Until that happens, we wish you and your loved ones health and security
